ST. LOUIS CAR RENTAL TERMS
Driver
Car driver will need to have a valid driver's license in his or her name.
Second driver must fill the condition as the first, NO SECOND DRIVER UNDER 25 YEARS
Age
Renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent a car from St. Louis Car Rental.
Security Deposit
Car drivers must have a valid credit in his or her name to secure the car rental.
Payment Conditions
St.
Louis Car Rental accepts all major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard,
Discover Card, American Express, and Travelers checks. No CASH DEPOSIT.
Pick Up and Return
St.
Louis Car Rental delivers and picks for FREE, all over the island of
St. Martin / St. Maarten. On return we will meet you at the airport for
the time you will notify us upon signing your contract, need at least 2
hours prior to your departure time.
Gas and Refuel Charge
All
of St. Louis Car Rental cars are rented with a full tank; failure to
return with the same amount of gas that is mentioned on the contract
will result in a refueling fee for the gas which will be higher than at
the pumps.
Rates
All of St. Louis Car Rental rates are base rates, before insurance and the government tax which mandatory 8%.
Additional Insurance and Charges
CDW = Collision Damage Waiver
LDW = Loss Damage Waiver
- Once you accept this coverage, it reduces your responsibility in the event of any accident or incidents to a deductible amount, which
- Cars are $1000.00
- Jeep, SUV, Vans $1500.00
- Once you decline this coverage, you agreed to stand fully responsible for all damages and loss done to the vehicle regardless of fault.
- In case of any accident or incident don't remove vehicle before the arrival of the traffic police, who are the only ones that can give an official report.
CDW:
Cars are $10.00 per day
Full size $12.00 per day
Jeeps $15.00 per day
SUVs $20.00 per day
LDW: $5.00 per day for any vehicle

St. Louis Car Rental is open 06h00 — 23h00.
Additional Services
Baby
seats or boosters $5.00 per day. Cell phone rental $30.00 first week,
includes 10 min prepaid card, additional week $15.00. Beach chairs and
umbrellas $25.00 a week.
